Try Standup Paddleboarding (or SUP) paired with Yoga. It's not for extreme athletes; it’s an incredible way to practice yoga on water while building whole-body strength and balance. All participants must be comfortable in the water and be able to swim.
Limited spaces available. Each class is one hour long.
*You must have a day, two-day, three-day, or full-weekend pass to attend the festival and any special events which are happening. The fees for these special classes are extra, due to the added costs of offering these special classes and events.
